If you are a strategic individual with experience in large-scale events and exceptional negotiation skills, this role is for you! **Position Objective:** Ensure the financial sustainability of the institution through the strategic and operational management of events and fundraising projects. You will be the driving force ensuring achievement of fundraising targets through flawless field execution, leadership of a high-performing team, and closing of key corporate partnerships. **Your Key Challenges and Responsibilities:** * **Commercial Strategy and Deal Closure:** Define and execute fundraising strategies for events and campaigns; oversee the team’s commercial approach; and directly participate in negotiating and closing contracts with sponsors and strategic partners. * **Operational Event Management:** Lead end-to-end planning, logistics, resource allocation, and on-site execution of large-scale events (recreational, sporting, etc.), ensuring delivery of sponsor benefits and resolving contingencies in real time. * **Team Leadership:** Direct, train, and evaluate the fundraising team and operational staff against individual goals and KPIs, fostering a culture of high accountability and results orientation. * **Analysis and Decision-Making:** Monitor weekly metrics, produce closure forecasts, and implement immediate corrective actions if required by the plan. * **Financial Control and Compliance:** Manage event operational budgets, ensure proper CRM usage, and monitor compliance with current regulations. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in commercial roles, corporate sales (B2B), fundraising, or comprehensive large-scale event management. * **Key Skills:** Team leadership, outstanding negotiation ability, budget management, and results orientation. * **Personal Competencies:** High resilience under pressure, real-time problem-solving, and strong dynamism for on-site execution. **What Do We Offer?** * **Weekly Salary** * **Incentives:** Attractive bonuses for achieving quarterly targets. * **Work Schedule:** 6 working days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM (with availability for events). * **Growth:** Genuine opportunities for professional development within the organization. * **Purpose:** The satisfaction that your daily work translates into direct social impact helping save lives.
