




WE ARE SEEKING A MANAGER FOR A BRANCH 1\. Team management: Supervise and coordinate branch employees, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure a positive work environment is maintained. 2\. Customer service: Ensure customers receive fast, efficient, and high-quality service, resolving any complaints or issues that may arise during their visit. 3\. Inventory control: Ensure sufficient food and beverage supplies are available by managing purchases, monitoring inventory, and minimizing product waste. 4\. Compliance with quality and safety standards: Supervise strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and company policies in both food preparation and the work environment. 5\. Sales and goal management: Monitor branch sales performance, implement strategies to increase sales, and achieve store targets. 6\. Cash handling and administration: Supervise cash register operations, cash flow, and payment management, as well as prepare financial and performance reports. 7\. Administrative tasks: Prepare reports on branch operations, coordinate with superiors to resolve issues or improve processes, and participate in planning meetings. This position requires leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, experience in personnel management, and the capability to make quick decisions to ensure smooth branch operations. \- Follow restaurant sanitation rules and local health regulations.
