What will be your responsibilities? * **Bar operation:** Daily (and during-shift) calibration and adjustment of grinders and espresso machines (control of brew ratios, extraction times, and grind settings). * **Art in every cup:** Preparation of espresso-based beverages, proper milk texturing (latte art), and artisanal brewing methods. * **Customer experience:** Delivering outstanding service attitude, taking orders, processing payments, and guiding customers in their coffee selection. * **Equipment care:** Maintaining an immaculate bar and performing deep cleaning of the espresso machine and grinders at shift close. Experience and requirements Proven experience of 1–2 years in specialty coffee bars. **Mandatory:** Ability to calibrate and adjust espresso recipes (identify under-extraction or over-extraction). Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, extreme cleanliness, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
