We have presence throughout the Northwest of the country.* **JOB DESCRIPTION** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for managing activities of Refrigeration Technicians and Assistants. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of units in the workshop. Manage inventory control (accurate tracking of tools and spare parts under responsibility). Control processes and associated expenses. Preparation of reports. Ensure optimal scheduling of workshop tasks required for Technician support. Schedule workshop operations for installations, services, and repairs of mobile and stationary refrigeration equipment. Supervise work performed by Technicians, ensuring quality and timeliness of execution. Identify workshop needs and provide requirements that ensure its efficiency. Provide high-quality service and customer support; conduct visits to key customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Specialty:** Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer *or related field*.**Experience:** 3 years of verifiable experience as Workshop Manager, preferably in refrigeration. Preferred experience in technician scheduling, supervision of workshop tasks (installations, services, and repairs), refrigeration systems for mobile units and cold rooms/chambers. Management of technical staff and workshop operations. Customer service. Computer skills and proficiency in OFFICE software.
