Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct merchandise inspection and recording, inventory control, audits, and general property maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in inventory control and document control. 2. Proficiency in WMS systems and audit reporting. 3. Opportunity to operate forklifts (bonus). **Responsibilities:** Review of merchandise documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Scanning and verification of merchandise serial numbers upon receipt and delivery. Recording of merchandise receipts and shipments in the WMS. Filing of documentation. Inventory control and auditing of spare parts. Preparation of receipts and shipments reports. Conducting physical inventory audits. Generating and submitting audit reports to the direct supervisor. Performing general facility maintenance. **Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 1 year in this role. Knowledge of: \- Inventory control. \- Document control. Proficiency in Netsuite (bonus), SAP, ORACLE, JDEDWARDS systems. Proficiency in Excel. Education: Minimum high school diploma. Forklift operation (bonus). **Compensation and Benefits:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Salary: $20,000 to $21,000 MXN gross per month.
