Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform inspection, scanning, registration, and control of merchandise inventories, as well as audits and general facility maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and document control. 2. Opportunity to work with WMS, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards systems. 3. Conducting physical inventory audits and reporting. **Responsibilities:** Review documentation for incoming and outgoing merchandise. Scan and verify merchandise serial numbers upon receipt and delivery. Record merchandise receipts and shipments in the WMS. File documentation. Control and audit spare parts inventory. Prepare reports on receipts and shipments. Conduct physical inventory audits. Generate and submit audit reports to the direct supervisor. Perform general facility maintenance. **Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 1 year in this role. Knowledge of: \- Inventory control. \- Document control. Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred), SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards. Proficiency in Excel. Education: High school diploma minimum. Forklift operation (preferred). **Salary and Benefits:** Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. Salary: $4,850 MXN gross per week. Statutory benefits.
