Job Description and Responsibilities **Primary Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets for operations-focused initiatives. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance) to execute projects and resolve issues agilely. * Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity. * Monitor project performance using KPIs and appropriate dashboards, preparing progress reports and presenting results, risks, and ROI to senior management. * Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and incidents—including impacts on people, systems, and suppliers—and establish clear mitigation plans. * Ensure compliance with operational standards, SOPs, and regulatory or quality requirements throughout project execution. * Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including regular meetings, action tracking, and documentation of decisions and project deliverables. **General Job Activities:** * Zero critical deviations without documented management. * Daily review of project and critical task progress. * Tracking of key performance indicators. * Preparation of executive reports and presentations. * Coordination of weekly operational meetings with involved departments. * Training and performance evaluation of assigned team members. * Direct engagement with strategic customers or key stakeholders. Experience and Requirements **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. **Relevant Experience:** * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver results within deadlines and budgets in a dynamic environment. Focus on operations, manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, supply chain, logistics, or similar domains. **Professional Competencies:** * Leadership, effective communication, organization, analytical thinking, results orientation. **Specific Required Skills:** * Schedule management, executive reporting, negotiation, PMP tool proficiency, conflict resolution. **Additional Training:** * Certifications or courses in project methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PMBOK, Kanban, Agile). **Attitudes, Principles, and Values:** * Proactivity, professional ethics, * Responsibility, honesty, results orientation, teamwork, * Organization, continuous improvement.
