At CYACSA, we specialize in the supply, manufacturing, and installation of metal structures for all types of construction projects. **Position Objective:** Administer, supervise, and ensure accurate payroll calculation and payment for company personnel, guaranteeing compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations, as well as confidentiality and accuracy of information. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar position (verifiable). * Technical Knowledge: Mexican labor legislation, payroll calculation, income tax (ISR) on salaries and wages, social security (IMSS), INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA, IDSE, payroll CFDI stamping, advanced Excel, CONTPAQi payroll system. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise the **entire payroll process** (calculation, review, authorization, and payment). * Ensure compliance with provisions of the **Federal Labor Law**, **Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS)**, **Tax Administration Service (SAT)**, and **National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT)**. * Validate payroll incidents: absences, disabilities, overtime, bonuses, commissions, vacations, etc. * Coordinate the calculation of **final settlements, severance payments, and benefits**. * Supervise the correct application of **taxes and withholdings** (ISR, IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT). * Manage IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Ensure proper **payroll receipt stamping**. * Implement controls to prevent errors or improper payments. * Coordinate internal or external audits related to payroll. * Generate financial and labor reports related to payroll costs. * Coordinate the payroll team and standardize processes. * Guarantee confidentiality of employee salary information.
