JOB DESCRIPTION **Job Objective** Plan, organize, direct, and control all human talent management processes, monitor personnel recruitment and training; motivate and retain employees. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Strategy and Leadership * Design and implement the organizational-level Human Resources strategy. * Align the company’s organizational structure and HR processes (11 branches). * Act as a strategic partner to Management in decision-making. * Develop and implement key human capital indicators (KPIs). 2\. Talent Acquisition and Development * Design recruitment strategies for all levels, including managerial and specialized positions. * Supervise and optimize recruitment and selection processes. * Implement training, development, and career path programs. * Strengthen employer branding. 3\. Retention and Organizational Culture * Design and implement talent retention strategies. * Manage workplace climate and organizational culture. * Develop internal communication programs (newsletters, events, etc.). * Lead engagement initiatives (events, benefits, agreements). 4\. Personnel Administration and Labor Relations * Supervise hiring, terminations, severance settlements, and legal compliance. * Manage labor relations and address conflicts. * Follow up on conciliation and arbitration proceedings. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. 5\. Operations and Control * Supervise the proper operation of the HR department across all branches. * Administer the departmental budget (recruitment, events, uniforms, etc.). * Implement and improve policies, processes, and internal controls. * Conduct periodic branch visits for operational follow-up. 6\. Team Leadership * Coordinate and develop the Human Resources team. * Establish goals, performance tracking, and evaluation for the department. Lead strategic and follow-up meetings. * REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources roles. * Knowledge of organizational development and performance management. * Strong communication skills. * High level of creativity. * Proficiency in TRESS system, online recruitment platforms, and labor legislation. * Advanced English (Optional).
