Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize personnel and equipment, ensure timely receipt, custody, and delivery of goods, and guarantee accurate recording of inventory movements. Key Highlights: 1. Manages warehouse personnel and team for efficient operations. 2. Ensures compliance with inventory and storage procedures. 3. Objective: Organize warehouse personnel and equipment to receive, store, and deliver customers' goods completely and on time. Ensure all inventory movements are executed and recorded in accordance with operational procedures. Responsibilities: * Maintain excellent working relationships with the team. * Identify needs for product repositioning and consolidation. * Maintain, together with subordinates, equipment and facilities according to proper usage standards (material handling equipment, lighting, water, stationery, payroll documents). * Verify correct product identification and storage area assignments. * Monitor inventory for non-conforming products and out-of-range temperatures. * Report and resolve incidents occurring during one's own shift, or the previous or subsequent shift if necessary. * Assign and balance tasks among warehouse staff. * Expedite ongoing work and report any issues that may hinder progress. * Ensure staff adherence to operational procedures. * Ensure good storage practices and safety standards for personnel and auxiliary services. * Supervise proper handling of products and company assets. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing duties of this position. Knowledge of: * Job-specific activities (personnel management, use of material handling equipment) * Good Storage Practices. * Storage of perishable products.
