




**TRAFFIC ASSISTANT MANAGER** **JOB SUMMARY:** Supervise and coordinate activities related to the traffic area, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient execution of assigned flight operations, customer service, and procedures established by airlines, authorities, and PrimeFlight. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Coordinate and supervise traffic staff activities (check-in, boarding, documentation, passenger service, and flight operations). * Verify compliance with airline procedures and current airport regulatory requirements. * Ensure timely and proper operational closure of flights (check-in, dispatch, manifest loading, etc.). * Monitor and ensure correct use of airport systems and airline tools (DCS, SITA, Amadeus, etc.). * Supervise passenger service and resolve operational incidents (overbooking, connections, aircraft changes). * Coordinate with ramp, maintenance, and airport authorities to ensure smooth operations. * Support training and ongoing development of traffic staff. * Prepare flight reports, statistics, and service reports for airlines and PrimeFlight. * Participate in internal and external audits related to traffic and customer service. * Act as Station Manager substitute for traffic-related matters during their absence. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in air traffic coordination, flight dispatch, or passenger service. **SKILLS:** Leadership, operational team management, quick problem-solving ability, customer orientation and continuous improvement mindset, organizational skills under pressure. **LANGUAGES:** Intermediate-to-advanced English **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Flight traffic and dispatch procedures, AFAC, IATA, and ICAO regulations, customer service in airport environments. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Airport Administration, Tourism, or related field.
