Building and leading operations teams, capacity planning, and cost control The Project Manager serves as the primary client\-facing representative, bridging the gap between customers and internal operations teams throughout the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for the end\-to\-end management of New Product Introduction (NPI), from initial reviews to mass production and post\-launch maintenance. Key duties include building and leading operations teams, formulating capacity plans, and overseeing budgeting and cost control. **Job Responsibilities:** * Serve as the client\-facing representative to communicate overall project status between the operations team/post\-mass production maintenance team and customers. * Responsible for building/maintaining the operations team, planning formulation, performance evaluation, budgeting, and cost control. * Participate in RFI response reviews, framework contract reviews, SOW reviews, and development agreement reviews for new projects. * Communicate new project operational rules and develop supply chain management matrices based on operational rules. * Organize and ensure successful completion of new project capacity planning reviews. * Interface with project teams before mass production and lead operational activities for new products. * Oversee delivery\-related tasks during new product ramp\-up phases, coordinating cross\-functional resources to ensure smooth delivery. * Follow up and implement major customer requirement changes/post\-mass production operational issues, including change management after mass production. * Coordinate resources to ensure sales targets are achieved. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. * 3\+ years of order management experience in electronics industry. * Background in foreign trade, order follow\-up and basic finance knowledge. * Proficient in ERP systems, customer systems, OC R\&R, and operational data management. * Fluent English skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
