The Outbound Shipping Supervisor is responsible for controlling and supervising departures for local and foreign routes, ensuring proper execution of shipments, efficient personnel management, and optimization of logistical resources. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Monitor departures for local and foreign routes. Coordinate activities of foreign route operators. Administer and monitor internal and external GPS systems. Process supplier payment requests. Control wholesale route costs. Manage pallet transfer payments with branch freight carriers. Supervise loading and unloading permit payments at branches. Generate departure forms for delivery vehicles.
