Ongoing training and growth opportunities **Salary:** 5,000\.00 (MXN) per week Job Description: Position: Industrial Branch Manager (Tecate) **Employment Type:** Full-time / Rotating Shift Job Objective Ensure efficient branch operations by leading the workforce to meet the company's established standards for service, quality, sales, and operational control. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily branch operations. * Lead, train, and develop the workforce. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards. * Monitor key performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, turnaround times, turnover). * Manage inventory, orders, and supply control. * Resolve operational issues and handle customer service. * Guarantee compliance with internal policies. * Supervise branch opening and closing procedures. Requirements * Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a branch manager or supervisor (preferably in food, retail, or franchising). * Personnel management experience. * Experience working under pressure and handling high-volume operations. * Knowledge of operational metrics (sales, shrinkage, turnover). * Flexible availability (including weekends). * Results-oriented approach and floor leadership.
