Responsible for the store’s work environment. 4\. Responsible for managing and ensuring proper use of assigned resources. 5\. Responsible for training all sales staff according to established programs. 6\. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 7\. Represent the company in any official matters (legal, authorities, Profeco, etc.). 8\. Responsible for maintaining the store’s positive image. 9\. Support in recovering overdue accounts receivable. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDES: - Knowledge: Administration, sales force strategy and analysis, and marketing. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial-level sales experience.
