Position Summary: Ensure the proper operation of ILA MEXICANA’s machinery and enhance multi-brand services and sales of industrial spare parts and tires. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly service planning and organization 2. Detection and repair of mechanical failures in machines 3. Application of preventive and corrective maintenance POSITION OBJECTIVE: Ensure the proper operation of ILA MEXICANA’s machinery for our customers and provide attention to equipment covered under service agreements, while enhancing multi-brand services and sales of industrial spare parts and tires. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be familiar with all services included in your department. * Plan and organize weekly services to be carried out. * Submit weekly and monthly reports to your supervisor. * Conduct efficient diagnostics to enable optimal repairs during the second visit. * Ensure that each service has its operational folder to guarantee efficient results for every service. * Provide efficient customer service, enabling us to begin quoting various types of equipment (if necessary). * Sign the technical survey logbook during each visit. * Provide photographic evidence to supervision showing the condition of each machine evaluated, followed by repair of damaged equipment. * Detect and repair mechanical failures in machines. * Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machines.
