Leadership and coordination of work teams **Position:** After-Sales Manager **Location:** RENAULT Tijuana **Position Objective:** Organize and optimize after-sales area operations, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and workshop performance indicator compliance. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electromechanical, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector * Knowledge of workshop operations and after-sales processes * Proficiency in performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, quality) **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise overall service workshop operations * Ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair processes * Lead technical team to meet deadlines and quality standards * Manage tracking of diagnostics, estimates, and vehicle deliveries * Implement strategies to improve customer retention * Manage warranty processes per brand guidelines * Monitor key performance indicators and propose improvements * Address and resolve special customer cases * Identify opportunities for additional sales (services and parts) **Skills:** * Customer service orientation * Leadership and coordination of work teams * Decision-making and problem-solving * Process organization and follow-up * Effective communication **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:30 * Saturdays: 9:00–14:00 **We Offer:** * Base salary: $35,000 monthly gross * Additional commission scheme (based on results) * Statutory benefits * Career development opportunities within the group Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
