Lead the launch and consolidation of the business unit in the Tijuana\-Otay Mesa border region. Serve as the administrative, commercial, and operational representative, with full responsibility for ensuring profitability through strategic customer prospecting and optimization of cargo flow. Ensure strict compliance with international security standards (CTPAT, OEA O) and U.S. federal transportation regulations (FMCSA/DOT), safeguarding operational continuity and the company’s certifications. **Business Development and Commercial Strategy:** Design and execute growth plans, identify profitable niches, and manage consultative sales. Develop strategic alliances, analyze market indicators, and optimize rates to maximize competitiveness in southbound and northbound cross-border flows. **Compliance and Security:** Audit and ensure compliance with Title 49 CFR, manage HAZMAT permits, conduct weight/dimension inspections in CA., and maintain preventive DOT/MC recordkeeping. \[Desirable] Border Crossing and Customs Management: Optimize processing times at Ports of Entry (POE), coordinate strategically with Customs Brokers, and handle CBP/DOT inspections.
