Operational, commercial, and administrative management. Management of branch opening and closing procedures. Process control with quality standards related to warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, delivery fleet, and customer service. Manage the branch budget. Supervise and lead branch personnel. Develop effective sales and collections strategies. Prepare performance reports and sales / expense / inventory / payroll / collections planning. Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team by setting clear goals and managing results through the CRM. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure equipment availability and release, maintaining committed quality standards and delivery timelines. Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in a similar role as Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
