Job Description and Responsibilities Coordinates and motivates team members to achieve established goals. Participates in inventory control of WIP locations. Identifies, contributes to, and participates in product or process improvements based on root cause analysis of failures in manufacturing and service. Interprets charts, service guides, manuals, reports, and results generated by product software. Reads customer complaints and work instructions in English. Uses precision equipment, custom fixtures, scales, mechanical tools, manual presses, solvents, and basic multimeter operation. Reports any process deviations, atypical information, or software failures (via ticket generation) to the direct supervisor or support departments. Responsible for monitoring equipment requiring calibration and ensuring such equipment is not used if faulty or past its calibration expiration date. Analyzes electronic components to determine their condition. Uses software to search, download, and print work instructions applicable to the product, and generates reports and logs in internal software and Excel. Manufacturing and service activities carried out according to the production plan. May guide team members on proper tool usage, adherence to work instructions, and documentation of information in DHR, while ensuring associates do not perform tasks without required training. Responsible for maintaining product label integrity and ensuring correct application to prevent mix-ups, damage, or loss. Interprets electrical diagrams and performs failure diagnostics. Participates in quarterly inventories. Checks status, inventory, material transactions, finished equipment, and service equipment in the ERP system. Detects, corrects, and follows up on documentation errors, incorrect calibration data, diagnostics, and updates in manufacturing and service equipment. Closes subassembly and finished product orders.
