Job Location: **Tijuana** **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities across facilities, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and service standards—both for physical infrastructure (hard) and systems and services (soft). This position requires autonomy in decision-making, excellent customer service orientation, and the ability to resolve issues promptly. Technical Requirements **Hard Maintenance (Physical Infrastructure):** * Electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and HVAC systems. * Coordination of masonry, painting, waterproofing, and finishing work. * Negotiation and sourcing of subcontractors aligned with our budgetary constraints. * Reading and interpretation of architectural and installation blueprints. **Soft Maintenance (Services and Operations):** * Quality control in internal customer service and user experience. * Coordination of patrols, logbooks, and adherence to operational protocols. * Incident management, reporting, and follow-up with administrative departments. Required Competencies * Operational leadership and team coordination capability. * Planning and execution of maintenance schedules. * Effective communication with internal departments and vendors. * Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and tracking (Excel, mobile apps, maintenance platforms). * Autonomy and independent judgment to resolve incidents and propose improvements without requiring direct instructions. * Ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage resources while upholding institutional standards. * Excellence in customer service, focused on rapid and effective resolution of needs.
