At MacStore, you will receive the technical training required for your position and the experience that will serve you for life. **Store Manager** --------------------- **Upcoming Opening: MacStore Multiplaza Santa Fe** -------------------------------------------------- **What profile are we seeking?** * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within the *retail* sector (preferably technology or premium brands). * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree. * **Competencies:** * Passion for technology and the Apple ecosystem. * Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. * Excellent executive presentation and service-oriented attitude. * Leadership focused on team development. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Comprehensive supervision of daily store operations. * **Commercial Strategy:** Sales control, achievement of targets, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). * **Administration:** Preparation of sales reports, cash management, and payment administration. * **Customer Experience:** Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and support. * **Store Image:** Ensuring proper implementation of merchandising strategies. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Base Salary:** $20,000 gross monthly. * **Security and Well-being:** * 100% IMSS registration. * Life insurance. * Funeral expense assistance. **Additional Compensation:** * Cost-of-living bonus: **$2,500**. * Monthly grocery vouchers: **$350**. * Thirteenth-month pay (Aguinaldo): Initial 17 days. * Profit-sharing (PTU): Up to 3 months' salary upon completion of the first year. **Bonuses and Commissions:** * 5% bonus on technical support services. * Commissions on insurance sales. **Additional Benefits Upon Permanent Employment (Enhanced Benefits):** * Savings fund. * Preferential discounts and promotions with partner brands. * Punctuality bonus: $2,500. * Christmas bonus.
