Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to lead teams, supervise operations, and ensure the implementation of commercial and sales strategies for a leading company in tiles and bathroom furniture. As we continue growing, we seek your talent to lead our team as: **STORE MANAGER!** ----------------------- **Responsibilities:** * Assign and monitor tasks for supervised staff. * Staff training. * Supervise warehouse activities. * Ensure implementation of commercial strategies. * Sales strategies. * Process customer payments. * Receive, deliver, and safeguard valuables. * Cash register closings and audits. * Sales closing. * Customer service. * Prepare quotations, orders, and invoices. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a store manager, preferably in retail. * Flexible working hours. **We Offer:** * **Gross monthly salary: $13,370** * **Monthly food vouchers: $1,871** * **Commission: 1%** of total store sales—NO CAP * Social security coverage from Day 1 * INFONAVIT / FONACOT * Profit-sharing * 30-day Christmas bonus (after 6 months of seniority) * **5% savings fund starting from the 3rd month** * Growth opportunities * Quarterly bonus * Employee loan available after 1 year (up to 45 days’ salary) **This is your opportunity!**
