Responsabilidades: ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal stakeholders * Schedule and track shipments to ensure on\-time delivery and minimize delays * Manage transportation documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork * Monitor freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives * Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers regarding shipment status * Ensure compliance with import/export regulations (e.g., IMMEX, customs requirements) * Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Support inventory control through proper tracking of shipments and discrepancies * Analyze logistics data and generate reports on performance metrics (OTD, transit time, cost) * Identify and resolve shipping issues, delays, or damages in a timely manner * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) to ensure material flow continuity ### **Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field **Experience:** * 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or traffic in a manufacturing environment (maquiladora preferred) **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of transportation processes (LTL, FTL, expedited shipments) * Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs documentation * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reports, pivot tables) ### **Soft Skills** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail * Effective communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * Team\-oriented with a proactive approach ### **Language** * **English: Intermediate to advanced (professional communication preferent)**
