This role will support the organization in maintaining compliant HR practices while contributing to employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce stability. **This position requires 70% English level conversational.** **Position Objective** Execute and follow up on Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and regulations from IMSS, STPS, and INFONAVIT, while supporting recruitment, training, occupational health and safety, and employee engagement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support and follow up on employer compliance processes with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STPS. * Assist with documentation and follow\-up related to labor inspections and authority requests. * Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes for operational and administrative roles. * Maintain and update employee records, contracts, personnel changes, and attendance information. * Track and support the training plan and maintain required records. * Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety programs (NOM\-030, NOM\-035\). * Support initiatives related to work environment, internal communication, and employee well\-being. * Prepare basic HR reports and tracking indicators. * Provide general HR and administrative guidance to employees and supervisors. **Required Qualifications** * 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative HR role. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. * Practical knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Valid driver’s license. * Conversational English (at least 70%). * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Experience with IMSS, STPS, and INFONAVIT processes. * Familiarity with IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE platforms (preferred but not required). **What We Offer** * Legal benefits in accordance with labor law. * Weekly pay. * Monday to Friday schedule. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Location: Parque Industrial La Mesa (near Siglo XXI).
