




Job Description and Responsibilities Attracting and selecting operational and administrative talent through field and digital recruitment, ensuring timely vacancy coverage and excellent candidate experience. * Conducting field recruitment (flyer distribution, posting, job fairs, visits to neighborhoods and strategic locations). * Posting and monitoring vacancies on social media platforms and job boards. * Candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the selection process. * Candidate screening and interview coordination. * Meeting vacancy coverage targets on time and as required. * Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
