Position Summary: NAPS Mexico is seeking a General Accountant to design, implement, and maintain accounting systems, record transactions, and supervise departmental personnel. Coordinate and evaluate accounting staff **NAPS Mexico is seeking a General Accountant in Tijuana, Baja California** ------------------------------------------------------------------ **General Accountant**. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain the general accounting system in accordance with current accounting principles. * Accurately record and supervise the company's assets, liabilities, and financial transactions. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Submit reports and filings to government agencies: IMSS, Infonavit, and SHCP. * Supervise the preparation of severance payments and ensure proper administration and transfer of funds to maintain appropriate bank balances. * Review and validate contracts, purchase orders, supporting documents, and financial reports. * Supervise and coordinate departmental staff, assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow. * Evaluate team performance and recommend development and training plans. * Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finance function. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant, or related field. * Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft Office, and application software. * 3 years of experience in the field. * Conversational English. **Desired Education Level:** Higher Education \- Degree Holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69deb7f97700003b002f458a\&source\=indeed*
