Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive analyst with experience in inventory control, customs entry document reconciliation, and preparation of foreign trade reports, possessing strong analytical abilities and teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in reviewing and reconciling customs entry documents 2. Proficiency in inventory control systems (Annex 24 / ZOE) 3. Analytical skills and proactivity Job Description and Responsibilities: * Review and reconciliation of customs entry documents. * Inventory control and tracking of expiring balances. * Downloading of customs entry documents. * Preparation of discharge reports and submission via the government authority’s website. * Reconciliation of Annex 24 vs. Data Stage. * Updating of material lists (BOMs). * Application for permits via VUCEM (PROSEC, Eighth Rules, PROFEPA). * Closing of virtual transfers. Experience and Requirements: * 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Strong analytical capability. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with inventory control systems (Annex 24\), preferably ZOE. * Teamwork orientation. * Proactive.
