As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing fund recovery while minimizing financial losses, maintaining professional client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned portfolio of late-payment accounts
* Contact debtors (via phone, email, or in-person visits) to negotiate, resolve, and agree on payment dates.
* Develop and propose flexible and realistic payment terms, evaluating the client's ability to pay.
* Document all interactions, payment commitments, and outcomes in detail, maintaining a comprehensive follow-up log.
* Prepare periodic reports on portfolio status and collections performance.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or Technical degree in economics or administration.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in collections and customer service.
* Work location: Downtown Tijuana.
