Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager with leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and store operations experience to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of business objectives. Morning shift and midweek day off **Waldos**, a nationally recognized retail company and part of Grupo Vizion, is seeking a **Branch Manager** for its store located at **Blvd. Díaz Ordaz.** We seek an individual with leadership capabilities, a results-oriented mindset, and proven store operations experience, responsible for ensuring proper branch operations and attainment of business objectives. ### **Responsibilities:** * Store opening and supervision of proper closing procedures. * Sales analysis and development of commercial strategies. * Supervision of in-store execution and sales floor presentation. * Personnel management (approximately 12–13 employees). * Incident tracking (attendance, tardiness, leave requests). * Prevention, control, and reduction of shrinkage. * Cash handling and control (cash counts and register reconciliations). * Supervision of periodic and comprehensive inventory audits. * Preparation of reports and monitoring of key performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate). * Customer incident resolution and support. * Compliance with company policies and procedures. * Coordination of merchandise receipt and product display. ### **Requirements:** * Prior retail experience. * High school diploma (minimum requirement). * Employment reference letters (at least two). * Demonstrable experience managing personnel. * Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented skills. ### **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with work experience. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery voucher card. * Savings fund. * Morning shift: 7:00 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–5:00 pm. * Midweek day off (negotiable based on performance).
