




Position Summary: Coordinates and implements training and development programs, manages the identification of training needs, registration and control of courses, and evaluates the effectiveness of training. Evaluation of training effectiveness **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinates and/or participates in implementing required training and development courses—whether internal or external—at all levels. * Identifies training needs. * Registers and controls courses and/or training sessions. * Manages and maintains training-related files. * Collaborates with supervisors from other departments to accurately analyze training needs. * Controls and monitors the skills matrix. * Serves as an intermediate-level internal trainer for general skills. * Designs training control records. * Standardizes procedures and job descriptions. * Records employee training and development activities. * Prepares and ensures compliance with DNC (Development Needs Checklist). * Plans the training program. * Manages groups. * Controls and monitors the skills matrix. * Evaluates training effectiveness based on assigned indicators. * Knowledge of legal aspects of training (STPS). Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in a similar position. * Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. * Detail-oriented and well-organized. * Supports employees in cultivating, developing their capabilities and knowledge. * Provides tools for training. * Promotes efficiency and competitive advantage by planning skill development across all levels. * Strong ability to integrate, develop, and lead work teams. * Leadership skills. * Teamwork skills. * Educational background: Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. * Prior experience in training. * Experience in the maquiladora industry—preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
