




Job Description and Activity Details * Drafting and management of employment contracts. * Updating and designing job descriptions. * Employee follow-up on administrative and performance matters. * Management of PPE (personal protective equipment). * Payroll processing control (attendance, incidents, permissions, vacations). * Organization and follow-up of trainings and workshops. * Administration and safekeeping of employee files and credentials. * Preparation of administrative reports and disciplinary actions. * Monitoring and enforcement of internal work regulations. * Posting and tracking of job openings. * Conducting interviews and participating in selection processes. * Analysis and preparation of salary proposals. * Participation in staff events/meetings. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative processes. * Experience in payroll processing, recruitment and labor relations. * Intermediate to advanced level in Excel. * Leadership, communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
