Carry out recruitment, selection, and hiring processes within the company. 2\. Conduct onboarding for new employees. 3\. Responsible for creating the file of each person joining the company. 4\. Register new employees on required platforms. 5\. Develop and implement policies and programs regarding occupational risk prevention and other employee health-related management activities. 6\. Develop and implement professional training programs to build competencies that enable employee growth, both personally and within the company. Also implement personal development programs. These two areas must motivate the team toward growth within the company. 7\. Supervise compliance with working hours, and if necessary, manage overtime. 8\. Payroll and incident management. 9\. In coordination with department heads, evaluate special leave requests; if granted, must not affect department operations. 10\. Conduct employee performance evaluations to assess adequacy of performance and identify required training needs. 11\. Conduct Workplace Climate Assessments to analyze and improve productivity and employee satisfaction. The goal is to detect conflicts and issues early to implement preventive actions. 12\.
