Position Summary: Leads small and medium-sized projects, managing technical elements and collaborating on the maintenance and improvement of electromechanical equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in mechanical and mechatronics engineering projects. 2. Experience in technical drawing and 3D modeling. 3. Knowledge of cables, electrical processes, and electrical testing. Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements. **Job Requirements** * + Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. + Proven experience \+5 years in a similar position. + Experience in technical drawing and 3D modeling. + Knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and similar software. + **Knowledge of cables and their processes (Komax, Schleuniger, Cirris, Dynalab, electrical testing, hipot)** + Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams. + Good manual dexterity and ability to work with hands. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Good knowledge of various types of tools and their applications. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to meet agreed deadlines and schedules. + Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines. + Strong problem-solving ability. + Ability to prioritize own time and workload. + Intermediate technical English. **What your background should look like** * Review and **control** installed electromechanical equipment. * Provide suggestions for equipment upgrades that could improve performance or reduce costs. * Perform repairs on electromechanical equipment as needed. * Maintain records of all equipment and their repair and service schedules. * Use hand, electric, and pneumatic tools to perform repair or maintenance tasks. * Install new equipment as required and verify functionality before approval. * Ensure **quality control** of newly procured and installed equipment. * Collaborate with the engineering team on repair projects. * Liaise with external parts suppliers to obtain repair components. * Always comply with health and safety guidelines. **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
