Professional and organized work environment Red Contramar, a restaurant group operating at high volume daily with strict quality standards, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join a 100% restaurant-based operation. This position is exclusively focused on the daily warehouse operations of a restaurant. It is not an administrative, office-based, corporate procurement, or external logistics role. Job Objective Ensure proper control, organization, and timely supply of supplies, food, and beverages to support correct restaurant operations, while maintaining quality, stock rotation, and warehouse cleanliness. Main Responsibilities Daily physical receipt of goods (food, beverages, supplies, and materials). Product inspection: quantities, quality, temperatures, and expiration dates. Proper storage in dry storage, refrigeration, and freezer areas. Control of product inflows and outflows. Supplying the kitchen, bar, and operational areas. Support during physical inventory counts. Control of shrinkage and proper stock rotation (FIFO). Cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the warehouse area. Compliance with hygiene standards and internal restaurant guidelines. Candidate Profile Sought Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant warehouses, industrial kitchens, or food and beverage operations. Accustomed to operational and physically demanding work. Basic knowledge of inventory control. Organized, responsible, and consistent individual. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Minimum education: completed secondary school. Administrative, procurement, corporate logistics, sales profiles, or candidates without operational warehouse experience will not be considered. We Offer Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN.
