As a fast-growing, privately funded startup, we seek adaptable and organized professionals to strengthen our innovative efforts. **Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all production machinery (e.g., welding equipment, cutting machines, assembly line equipment) and facility infrastructure (electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing). * Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to efficiently identify and resolve equipment malfunctions. * Proactively and promptly respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns to minimize production downtime. * Participate in facility improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. * Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery and facility systems meet internal quality standards and external safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including repairs, parts used, and inspection results. * Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and other departments to understand equipment needs and support continuous improvement of operational efficiency. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes and equipment to enhance productivity, reliability, and profitability. Experience and requirements **Experience and Requirements:** * Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electricity, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Prior experience in the modular construction sector or heavy manufacturing environments is a plus. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical (PLCs, control systems), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Solid understanding of preventive maintenance principles and practices. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. * Familiarity with industrial safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). **Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Adaptable and organized, with a proactive approach to maintenance. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and production staff.
