In addition, this role will provide technical and maintenance support on the locations described. Lastly, provide day\-to\-day field support, to include delivering or recovering equipment, reimaging PCs, and relocating peripherals. **Job responsibilities and functions** * Configure, install, perform UATs, and/or troubleshoot software and hardware, specific to BPOs. * Setup of various equipment belonging to various CONFIE department’s teams/members, relocating between floors or buildings. * Serve as point of contact within the IT Integration Team (MX) to provide technical support to BPO end users. * Install, configure, maintain, and move equipment’s as necessary. * Proficiency with installing and supporting Stand\-Alone Windows PCs, and/or Virtual Desktop environments. * Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, as needed * Ability to work both independently and contribute as a member of a team a must. * Participate in IT Projects (PC Refresh, movements, reallocations, Inventory Audits) ### **Requirements** * Upper\-intermediate English level * Specialized knowledge: * Project oriented skills * Basic Hardware knowledge (reimage, installations, asset management) * Hardware troubleshooting. * Computer Knowledge: **Microsoft Office Suite:** O365, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
