Job Description and Activity Details Ø Design, configure, and implement engineering change strategies and New Product Introduction (NPI). Ø Control documentation and information related to implemented changes for proper handling and management of engineering changes. Ø Lead the change configuration and engineering process: identification, change control, status tracking, component review, material obsolescence, engineering risks, interpretation of drawings and design instructions. Ø Administer and track critical information, monitor evolution and stages of program changes, customer-required changes, pilot tests, laboratory tests, and maintain direct coordination with design and engineering teams. Ø Monitor engineering and design contractual commitments. Ø Identify risks and generate appropriate communication for engineering change management, as well as key activities for correct and successful implementation, coordinating internal and external teams. Ø Identify and mitigate risks during the new product development phase, as well as across different stages of the new product industrialization process and design changes. Ø Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams involved with the engineering department.
