Training programs **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **COST AND BUDGET ANALYST** Analyze and prepare construction budgets for residential developments, considering construction processes, management guidelines, and company policies, enabling us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare unit price analyses for building construction, urbanization, electrification, and public lighting. * Calculate construction volumes for building construction, urbanization, electrification, and public lighting. * Ensure budget preparation incorporates the best material prices provided by the Corporate Cost and Budget Management Department so that the local office can offer competitive products to customers. * Monitor estimates and change orders. * Receive and review final settlement documents to close contracts for completed projects. * Ensure compliance with target costs for assigned project fronts to contribute toward achieving the company’s goals. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * 3 years of experience in the same position * Experience in unit price analysis * Construction volume calculation * Estimate and change order control * Teamwork * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Neodata, Opus, AutoCAD * Enkontrol (Preferred) * Problem-solving skills * Leadership * Proactive attitude **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
