Teamwork 3. 3 to 5 years of experience Job Description and Responsibilities **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Responsible for monthly and weekly equipment maintenance. * Responsible for controlling the launch rate, with control scope below 0.3%. * Responsible for developing and optimizing new production procedures during trial production. * Responsible for improving UPH and analyzing and improving defective products. * Responsible for maintaining static electricity control, grounding, and flying prevention for production line equipment. * Responsible for training production operators and implementing product standards.
