**Maintenance Supervisor** **What you’ll do:** The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of equipment, machinery, and facility systems. This role involves supervising a team of technicians and external suppliers, supporting maintenance engineers, executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The supervisor ensures adherence to safety standards, budget compliance, and operational targets aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. What is required: \*Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field. \*Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance role, with at least 2 years leading engineering teams. \*English proficiency required \*Schedule: Flexibility to support operations during weekends or extended hours, as required. \*TPM, CMRP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred).
