




Job Summary: Participates in engineering projects, documents work instructions, updates manufacturing routings, and implements production processes, contributing to continuous improvement and transfer of new production lines. Studies in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field Description and details of responsibilities: * Executes activities within projects aligned with the company’s strategy. * Writes and documents work instructions through engineering changes. * Updates manufacturing routings for products in operation. * Implements and validates processes for assigned production lines. * Participates in manufacturing layout changes as part of continuous improvement. * Participates in activities related to transfer and implementation of new production lines. * Responsible for adhering to company Safety Standards and reporting accidents/incidents and unsafe conditions or acts. * Responsible for complying with the Federal Labor Law and Internal Work Regulations. * Adheres to the company’s core values: Honesty, Moderation, and Courage. Experience and Requirements: * Work experience in a manufacturing environment: 0–1 years. * Language: Intermediate English, technical reading and conversation proficiency. * Education: Technical degree or currently enrolled in final semesters of Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related program.
