




Job Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by leading teams and coordinating with various departments to maintain service continuity and support the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead operational teams across multiple service sites 2. Supervise and ensure customer service quality 3. Participate in the company's growth strategy **What will you do in this role?** You will be accountable for day-to-day operational excellence. You will report directly to the General Management and lead a team of facilitators and team leaders distributed across multiple service sites. * Supervise and ensure service quality for assigned clients * Manage and develop the operational team (facilitators and team leaders) * Monitor operational KPIs and track weekly metrics * Implement and supervise field technology usage (SafeR platform) * Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 28001\) * Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Finance departments to ensure service continuity * Participate in the company's growth strategy toward the Next\-Gen model **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security, or related field (graduated or intern) * Minimum 5 years of operations experience, preferably in private security or related sectors (logistics, retail, manufacturing) * Experience leading field teams of 50\+ people * Proficiency in operational metrics and executive reporting * Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills under pressure * Availability to visit service sites in Tijuana and the metropolitan area * Preferred: Knowledge of CTPAT certification or ISO standards Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
