




Job Summary: This position operates CNC machinery, efficiently completes tasks, resolves routine problems, and performs visual and dimensional inspections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate CNC machinery in manufacturing under moderate supervision. 2. Load materials and perform finishing operations. 3. Inspect parts to ensure compliance with requirements. Efficiently and diligently completes tasks and assignments, resolving routine problems with some degree of independent judgment. 4. May be involved in equipment setup and/or calibration for complex assignments. 5. Loads component materials into tooling for specific products and/or performs finishing operations. 6. Can read and follow operation manuals, as well as maintenance instructions and procedures. 7. Performs visual and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure compliance with requirements. Follows established documentation for product manufacturing. 8. Cleans and maintains machinery as required. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent technical education. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience and/or 2\-4 years of experience operating vertical CNC machines in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred. Knowledge of drawing and blueprint interpretation. Ability to work with small precision parts and use measuring instruments such as micrometers, drop gauges, tool scopes, and CMMs. Must possess basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques. **U.S. Applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer.
