Performing preventive maintenance and technical support Job Description and Detailed Activities JOB DESCRIPTION * Perform CNC machine setup and operation on lathe or milling machine * Read and adjust programs. * Install tools, chucks, and fixtures. * Conduct preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning) of the machine and work area. * Maintain process records (statistical process control). * Provide technical support to CNC operators Experience and Requirements EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS * Extensive knowledge of CNC machines (CNC lathe, machining centers, or milling machine) * Knowledge and proficient use of measuring equipment (tape measure, caliper, micrometer).
