Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional for a continuous improvement support role, promoting Lean/Six Sigma and coordinating optimization projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote the use of Lean/Six Sigma tools. 2. Coordinate the development and implementation of improvement projects. 3. Manage the Scorecard (metrics) at the plant level. Objective: The objective is to provide support in developing process capabilities and work methods, and, through the application of continuous improvement tools, contribute to the metrics of the company’s various functional areas. Identify opportunities to reduce waste, thereby generating financial impact for the plant. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Promote the use of Lean/Six Sigma tools. * Coordinate the development and implementation of improvement projects. * Track budgeted projects (savings). * Coordinate ramp-ups for NPI launches and production increases. * Review, adjust, and approve continuous improvement projects. * Coordinate plant-level metric communication meetings. * Administer the Scorecard (metrics) at the plant level. * Train personnel on Lean/Six Sigma tools. Requirements: EDUCATION: Industrial Engineer or related degree ENGLISH: Intermediate level EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years * Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools, Lean methodology / DMAIC, intermediate statistics, intermediate Microsoft Office. * Skills in project management, coaching, analysis/calculation, and results orientation.
