Description and details of activities **Description and details of activities** Continue continuous improvement projects for all automated equipment in the production area, as well as design and build automated and/or semi-automated systems integrating various technologies, such as: inspection and measurement systems, marking systems, leak testing systems, robots, VFDs, servos, electric actuators. **Responsibilities:** * Primary responsibility is to implement equipment improvements as part of continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on scrap reduction and cycle time improvement. * Design machines for assembly, testing, inspection, or other purposes as required. * Design control panels for semi- or fully automated machines. * Provide support for machine and control panel assembly. * Prepare project quotations. * Install and validate machines with relevant departments. * Prepare manuals, BOMs (highlighting critical components), electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Experience and requirements **Education:** Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electromechanics Engineering, or other engineering degree with relevant experience. **Experience: Prior: \+1 year** * Conversational English is mandatory. * PLC programming, inspection systems, servos, electric actuators, interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams, electrical control and electrical installations, vision systems, servo motors, robot operation. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
