Job Summary: Responsible for performing grading, pattern drafting, and fabric consumption optimization using the Lectra system, ensuring technical precision and production efficiency. Opportunity for career growth and job stability RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING GRADING, PATTERN DRAFTING, AND FABRIC CONSUMPTION OPTIMIZATION USING THE LECTRA SYSTEM, ENSURING TECHNICAL PRECISION AND PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY. ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * *Pattern drafting and fabric optimization using the Lectra system* * *Grading of patterns (regular and curvy lines)* * Ensure proper fit across all sizes in collaboration with design and production departments * Interpret technical specifications * Identify and correct pattern-making errors * Maintain organization and backup of digital files ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Education: Technical studies in Fashion Design, Textile Production, or related field * Experience: 2 years of pattern grading and drafting experience in the textile industry * **Proficiency in pattern drafting using the Lectra system** * **Knowledge of industrial garment manufacturing processes** * **Preferred experience in women’s fashion** * Detail-oriented * Proactive * Passion for fashion * Organized ***WE OFFER:*** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday.** * Salary starting from $12,000 to $15,000 (negotiable). * Timely payments. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for career growth * Job stability. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Positive work environment * Work location: Izazaga Avenue, one and a half blocks from Pino Suárez and Isabel la Católica metro stations.
