




REQUIREMENTS: \*Coordination and preparation of COFEPRIS and Ministry of Economy permits and procedures \*Administration of VAT-IEPS certification \*Reconciliation of Annex 24 vs Annex 31 \*Review and authorization of consolidated customs entries IN, RT, AF, V1 & A1 \*Preparation of import-export invoices \*Analysis and implementation of legal changes related to customs matters \*Manages and maintains updated the inventory control system and customs entry discharge system, complying with Annex 24C \*Occasional maritime imports (Ensenada port) and air imports (Tijuana airport) \*Preparation of departmental KPIs \*Review of invoices for authorization of payment to customs broker and carrier \*Coordination and follow-up of logistics from loading point to delivery point (DAP) \*Ensure C-TPAT certification compliance both for the department and for carriers \*Submission of Electronic Value Manifest (MVE or E2 format) via VUCEM in accordance with Rule 1.5.1 of the RGCE \*Collaborate in responding to customs audits and any other requirements from Mexican government agencies Ensure correct submission of Annex 31 on SAT’s portal Position type: Full-time, Indefinite term Benefits: * Company parking Work location: On-site employment
