Summary: This role involves conducting customs documentary and production floor audits, analyzing trade compliance rulings, and performing Mexican customs entry form corrections. Highlights: 1. Conduct customs documentary and production floor audits. 2. Analyze customs and trade compliance ruling publications. 3. Perform Mexican customs entry form corrections and legalizations. Activities: * Customs documentary audit. Physical finding of every customs files that we should have by legal rulings. * Production floor audit in order to demonstrate the legal possession of the equipment and materials. * Customs and trade compliance ruling publications analysis along with management. * Experience working with I\-XPORT preferably. Qualifications: * 1 to 3 years of experience with Mexican trade and customs audit area as required by sat. * Creation of a "Mexican trade compliance matrix" * Mexican customs entry form ("pediment") corrections, change of regimen and legalization's. * Final destination probe of the materials imported under temporary legal terms with the immex program thru the analysis and compilation of the annex 24 balance reports.
